What is Physical Health?
Physical health deals with your body’s facility to function normally and perform well.
It includes your diet and nutrition, adequate physical activity or exercise, and enough sleep to recharge for the day ahead.
You may overlook other things, such as your hygiene, including taking care of your teeth and keeping your body and hair clean, all of which are important for your physical Health.
What is mental Health?
Mental Health concentrations on your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Emotions such as stress, anxiety, and anger are included in mental Health. Your ability to deal with stress and problems is a normal part of life.
Accepting who you are and being expectant about it is also an important part of your mental Health. Knowing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours keeps you mentally healthy.
Mental Health allows you to learn and develop new skills. Developing skills, behaviours, and information helps you grow as an individual. Learning increases confidence, awareness and self-perception.

What is Social Health?
Social Health encompasses our relationships with others. Be it family, friends or colleagues or coworkers. Social health actions the way a person reacts to the people around them.

Why is Health Important?
The health is a measure of your overall Health. Each of the three components contributes to your overall well-being and should be equally balanced.
The three sides of the health triangle are interrelated; if one is unstable, the other two will also be affected. Therefore, people with chronic health problems are at higher risk of developing mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.
If you think physical health matters, you are not alone. I am guilty of this. We’ve learned to stay healthy at school or in the media, focusing only on nutrition and exercise.
But mental and social Health have an equally significant impact on your overall Health, and neglect of any of the three aspects of Health can affect the other two conditions.
